WHAT IS THE FIRST STEPS FOR BUYING A HOME?

2. You must get pre approved for a mortgage. You can obtain a pre approval through our mortgage broker.

WHAT KIND OF CREDIT SCORE DO I NEED TO BUY A HOME?

Most loan programs require a FICO score of 620 or better.
